DESCRIPTION:If you are dealing with grief\, we warmly welcome you to join us. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nSafe & Supportive\n\n\n\nUCOA’s Grief Support Group is a safe and supportive environment to help those who are going through a process of grieving. The holiday season can feel daunting while in a process of grief\, especially in the first year of bereavement. \n\n\n\nAll are welcome. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nOnline Only\n\n\n\nThis is an “online only” gathering beginning about 15 minutes after Service ends. UCOA Board President and Hypnotherapist Kate Steele will lead the session. \n\n\n\nClick the button below to join Kate online via Zoom at approximately 12:30pm on Sunday\, April 14. \n\n\n\n\njoin via zoom\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nWhat To Expect\n\n\n\n\nWe will share what does and doesn’t work for us in our grieving process. \n\n\n\nWe will provide a gently guided circle and create a space for each person to share their grief process and favorite memories of the person who died. \n\n\n\nWe will discuss what our relationship with the person who is no longer in the physical realm feels like. \n\n\n\nWe will honor all emotions and create a nurturing circle to understand and explore our grieving process.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nLove Offerings\n\n\n\nAttendance is by donation to support UCOA and are greatly appreciated. Your donations help UCOA periodically offer these Grief Support Groups throughout the year.
